I'm lost, hurt,angry, emotionally depressed.
My day takes on a total toll of turmoil, torture and a depressed heart.
I've never felt so down to the lowest point and I've been trying constantly to pick myself up.
Meeting more and more bad eggs in my life. When are they gonna ever end? IF only they can start using their brains to think rather than their balls. Maybe I'm too nice, too kind-hearted and sets an easy target for the dudes. I'm sick and tired of meeting such dudes and I hope and pray that it will all come to an end eventually.
Scenerio 1:Being a friend of V, he even lied to me that he's married and that engagment ring was bought by his mother as claimed.Wtf does he want to lie about his status? Is that so shamless to tell others that you are actually married?
Scenerio 2: Whenever I'm beginning to put on a trust to build up a friendship with a dude, it will somehow get diverted to something else....it doesn't happen once.
What is the meaning of true love? Maybe in this millenium, it doesn't exists anymore.
Whenever I work in the senior citizen's centre, patients tell me how they met their partners and how they keep their relationships to the strongest point each day makes me envy of them. How many couples can do that nowadays? Pardon me, my mindset still lives very much in the traditional manner. I believe, some things are best left in a traditional way.
Perhaps, I should start focusing mainly on helping my patients. I guess life would be a lot easier for me and patients are happy.
Uni has charged me extra 130 bucks for penalty fees which I have not even got the slightest clue how it happen. Couldn't find that damn receipt which i've paid my school fees earlier on.Things are certainly not going on too well.
Glad VN is there for me......... *hugs* to her and KH.
Hullo! This is Mdm Flatfeet and my boobs are not flat. *Disclaimer: Any events or incidents as described here are purely frictional or in my pre/post manic stage.

My HTML still suxs as ever.Wish I can have more time to learn about HTML.Spent my whole Friday/Saturday doing tutorials and catching up with school work.Suppose to go down to Metro Nightclub on Saturday night but Christine couldn't make it. So we plan to meet up sometime later. It's sad to hear from Chris that she's leaving for Melbourne this July and even though I hardly know her at all.
Otherwise, I have been spending some time on my virtualtourist pages and Rea from Budapest msged me! We had such a great time yakking nonstop on MSN.
www.virtualtourist.com (check out my nick "FootFetish') has yet become another of my gateway plus a great place to meet friends all over the world. This is the place where I'll put up pics and tips of the places I've been.Takes up lot of time and effort to build up pages especially when i;m using a dial up. Sharing one's cultures and getting to know one's ethnicity have been my interest and hopefully, I wish to go Egypt next year with Mom. Chatted with Fred from France earlier on....he told me his g.f's mom just passed away from cancer 2 weeks ago :O(
More postcards start rolling in from Netherlands and Malaysia .All are from VT members. So sweet of them!Makes me feel like I'll never be left alone in this world.
My mobile phone didn't ring for the whole day on Saturday *sign* ......guess i'll hit the books for now. Will be catching Secret Garden Concert later at Perth Concert Hall (with myself of course!).

What kind of kiss are you?

Clinics have been running smoothly and glad patients like me :O) One patient even wants me to come over her place to taste her Persian cooking. She's such a lovely lady indeed. Otherwise, life has been treating me well. No complains though and no doubt I'm rather busy during the week.I believe there is a time to play, a time to work.
Went down to Paramount for a Mambo nightout session which was organised by 3 universities. Not bad a crowd and boy i had so much fun. Got to know more SQ trainee dudes and indeed, it has been quite a while since i last attended Mambo nightout. D was an awesome person and he was literally my dancing partner for the night! Very gentleman of him to ensure that i left for home with my friends. J was a on a little high side but with his huggings on me makes me feel like asking for more.*sigh* Chatted with CK for a while and met D, AY and J. S got picked up by this lady in hot red sexy dress. So i guess lady luck is standing on his side then. My g.f, E was taken by my SilkAir dude fren,R. The funny thing is when she asked if anyone is interested in the last ticket to mambo and yet she claimed R is not coming at all. Anyhow, R came in the end.Why am i not surprise? :P

Temperatures will be soaring up high in Perth again starting this weekend! Time to hit down the beach in my skimpy bikinis. *lol*
I've been doing some reflective thinking on myself lately such as what have i achieved, why am I doing this and that and so on.
There are 2 greatest regrets in my life: one is not being able to see my grandparents even before I was born and the other is not having to do well in my O-levels (coz' mom was sick).
Back to reflective thinking, I never thought that I am capable of obtaining 2 Science degrees myself. Hard work and great efforts have been constantly pumped in during the course of studys and certainly, it's sweet to see the end results of my fruit of labour. The other reason which I'm doing this because it's for the sake of my children. Despite the fact that I'm not married or having a boyfriend, no one can predict what the future would be like for anyone. Ultimately, I would love to leave a legacy for my children and their children and so on.The motto is: Never look down upon for who you are, and what matters most is having respect on yourself.
I thank my parents who brought me up imparting their understandings on life, teaching me the art of religion, having to respect someone in regardless they are being labelled good or bad characters.
My missions to be accomplished:
1) Bringing Podiatry Services into South East Asia
2) Sponsoring footwear to poor kids in SEA countries
3) Becoming an Orthopodiatric Surgeon
4) Set up my own private foot clinic
5) Sponsoring a child through World Vision

Yo Blogger,
Today's clinic session at the CB senior citizens centre has been good. It's funny how I always got asked by the same type of questions by the oldies in particular every Wednesday afternoon.
Top 3 Questions:
1) "So love, where do you come from?"
2)" Are your family here in Australia?"
3)" Are you married? How can you not have a boyfriend for such a pretty lady like you?"
Uhm...the oldies are generally nice people to get along with. Sometime, the husband will take the wife along or vice versa for their consultation. I mean, isn't that's what true love is all about. Staying and taking care of each other till they get old. This is all I;m asking from my "future" partner.
Hearing their courtship stories always make me envy of them. *sign* What am I rumbling now? Hate the idea of being desperate too.
Oh, one of the patients is soo nice to me! She invited me to have lunch over at her place!Whee! Think she's gonna make some Persian food!:O)

Dear Bloggie,
I've got headaches again with neck stiffness........:O( Pop 2 tabs of panandols straight into my mouth the first thing in the morning. It is one of those pain which I don't think I can stand it for more than 3 secs. What's wrong with me? Why do I keep getting such headaches? Seen the physio, GP, acupuncture, heat therapy, exercises doesn't help to improve the situation. I don't think I'm suffering from any stress. My life is just seems busy and that's about it.
Talked a lot with my housemate, Charles last night. He's worried that I'm not getting any boyfriends! *lol* He actually gave me lots of advice from the men's point of views and to think that he is behaving like a man for the first time. BTW, he's only 21 this year. He said I'll be hopeless by the age of 30 if there's still isn't any signs of men coming after me. What the??
Waiting for Bob now to come and pick up my car.
I need to start on those bloody assignments soon!

Dear bloggie,
I have been really caught up with work so much so that I feel that I've got hardly any space to breathe. Started my 2nd uni degree in Nursing 2 weeks ago and not sure why I am keep proscrastinating to commence my tonnes of assignments. Tell me about it, I've actually calculated there are roughly about 10 pieces of work waiting for me. Not happy.
On the other hand, I'm embarking on my new career as a podiatrist. At the moment, I'm be running 3 private clinics part time and eventually goes into full time practice after graduation. Monday is at Victoria Podiatry and the boss, C is also a clinical supervisor at Curtin Podiatry.Wednesday is at Canning Bridge Senior Citizen's Club and Thurs morning's at First Feet along Canning H'way. It sounds as if I'm having mad weekdays schedule but I'm keeping my cool. Certainly I'm willing to take on the new challenge and looking forward to the end of road of study and earning a full time decent salary.
If I'm not at the clinics, I'll be at the Uni attending classes.
Anyway, can't write up for much now....gonna head off to library before I start my clinical sessions in the afternoon.

"SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEEE!!"
It was an excellent birthday party at my house yesterday. Thanks to Freda who volunteered to cook all the dishes and Aaaron +Bobby +Edna bought for me the most yummy delicious ice-cream chocolate cake. My housemates Charles and Rike who have helped to keep the place and tidy and helping me to make this party a possible one. Philip who decided to swap his house warming invitation to next week so that he can attend my party yesterday. Even though there were only less than 20 peeps of us, we're certainly having a great time!
SQ boys gave me a surprise visit at the door! Wheeeeee! A bottle of red wine!BURP* So i guess it was good for them to mingle with the crowds coz' they are always constantly flying at different schedules or stuck at the hostel.
Freda suggested that we should go clubbing that night. It wasn't planned prior the party. Stef didn't wanna come along so it's just me , Edna , Anthony and Freda.
Went to the Church Nightclub and got wild there for 2 hours before we switched to Metro R&B superclub. Supposed to meet GN there and apparently he was pissed (from what i gathered from his mates) and headed home early.Duh* Anyhow, I still do enjoy the rest of the nights with fellow friends. Sathish bought me a Bacardi 151 which almost kmocks me off straight. Thank goodness I was still very much alive. After that was burbeon coke and Vodkha redbull.Lance bought me a illusion shaker without those nit cups. Sheesh*
Generally, it was one of the best clubbing nights I've ever had!!
Right now, I'm just chilling the rest of my day at home. Hate the idea of staying at home on my b'day. Think I should catch a movie myself..........:O(

Bloggie,
My housemate decided to throw me a mini party later this evening. I think it's a good idea to hold it on saturday so that my catholic/christians pals will not miss their services/masses tomorrow morning too.well, how considerate I am!*grins* The fact is that my actual birthday is tomorrow! And i'll not be doing anything at all. Probably will have a quiet one this year.
No mails were received yesterday in my mailbox. Not even any surprises :O(

i'm a The Sonnet
Deliberate Gentle Love Dreamer (DGLDf)
Romantic, hopeful, and composed. You are the Sonnet. Get it? Composed?
Sonnets want Love and have high ideals about it. They're conscientious people, caring & careful. You yourself have deep convictions, and you devote a lot of thought to romance and what it should be. This will frighten away most potential mates, but that's okay, because you're very choosy with your affections anyway. You'd absolutely refuse to date someone dumber than you, for instance.
Lovers who share your idealized perspective, or who are at least willing to totally throw themselves into a relationship, will be very, very happy with you. And you with them. You're already selfless and compassionate, and with the right partner, there's no doubt you can be sensual, even adventurously so.
You probably have lots of female friends, and they have a special soft spot for you. Babies do, too, at the tippy-top of their baby skulls.
ALWAYS AVOID: The 5-Night Stand, The False Messiah, The Hornivore, The Last Man on Earth
CONSIDER: The Loverboy

Bloggie,
I've been busy like hell for the past few weeks.
Firstly, mom came over to Perth for 5 days.It was good that mom came over coz I missed her cooking! Plus, I gotta work and showing her around stuff like this. Mom and i had our very own karaoke and shopping sessions. Wish mom is here permanently! :P
The graduation ceremony was held at the Curtin Forum (open space) and ended with enchanting fireworks finale . Can't believe how time files as i began to recall my first day at the uni and being the one and only Asian in class. How daunting!
Anyway, my 2nd degree just got started yesterday. The timetable was in a mess.Tourism managment lectures clashed with nursing research. Didn't know I had to attend tutorial.Missed my orientation day. Uhmm..that's bad enough.
What worst, went to immigration office last Mon and I waited approximately one and a half hours just to get the VISA renewed. SOB* I've never felt so "stoned" before.
More podiatry jobs start rolling in. Most likely will be working a few hours here and there making my weekdays packed to the brim. Then again, it's only a few hours work and so, not really packed :P hurhur!
Countdown to my b'day: 4 more days to go! Whee....I missed celebrating it in SG actually :O(
Wonder if I'll get any surprises at all.......

Bloggie,
Had an excellent nightout last Saturday party out at Metro City. Matt was nice to offer me a ride there and G was sitting next to me in the back seat. Don't feel like even making eye contact with him (read my pervious blog) coz' i find him such a sicko! Anyway, met more peeps there which i couldn't have imagine. Generally, I drank heaps from midori illusion, burbeon coke, vodhka redbull to screwdrivers. Erm, I think I should set up my own foot business soon. Most of the peeps I've spoken to has some form of foot disorders! I would have earn heaps if I start charging them consultation fees :P
Then again, I know i'm a rather soft-hearted person and couldn't bear to see sick and sufferings of any forms. I always have this idea of buying school shoes in massive bulks and donate to the kids in Vietnam or other poorer states. So that gives me a good reason to marry a rich husband! *lol*
I have a total hair revamp today. Cut and coloured streaks all done by this Asian hairdresser. I love it! Being in a health care profession, one shouldn't be too rigid with the outlooks. Add a little more vibrant to your clothes or hair to add zest in your life or even patients' lives! Rather than the good old black, blue , grey.Geez!
S smsed me today.....just met him once at da club but it seems alright to me. Well, I've yet to find out more about him. He offered me a ride to hippee.See how it goes..coz ma is here tomorrow.
I think I'm not used to hanging with SG dudes. Maybe I find them being less flexible, more cranky, less easy going and not being gentlemanly enough!*Sigh* and also if they would stop assuming things............wat the?

Bloggie,
Had a full-on practical session on orthotic therapy today. Met a few podiatrists and gosh* I realised that podiatrists love to talk a lot! Even though the class consisted of approximately 20 peeps, the whole clinic sounded like a wet market place.*lol*
Finally the class ended around 4 yish and since Aaron (my housemate) is not cooking Meesiam tonight, I went over to one of my ex-patient's place for dinner.
C roasted a whole chicken and I helped her with the fried rice cooking. The dinner was fantastic and it ended with waffle plus maple syrup and vanilla ice-cream on top.
Yum......I'm glad to have R and C as my advisors. At least, they care to listen to me and my rumblings or at times, they'll give me advise if necessary.
My table is in a huge mess now and there is always constantly paper work to be filed or throw away . Oh yeah, not forgetting the bills..Guess I'll do that tomorrow in the morning. Perhaps I should start swimming if the weather is good.
Good news is Mom is most likely to come over next week! I'm really getting excited over it. :P
I've received a VIP tickets to the Rise NightClub for a launch of a CD (trance/house).......*sign* who can I ask to go???
*shrugs*

Bloggie,
So tiring after a full day course of orthotic therapy. It certainly helps me in my orthotic prescription and at least, the concept of that is much clearer in my brain. heh heh.
Tomorrow is gonna be another full day course and hope I can squeese in my lunch break coz i wanna go to K-mart to get a disaposable camera for a discount! Plus, i need to go to da bank as well, and post office *gosh*
Other than that, think I need to zzzz now.......concentrating too much in the day which exhaust my little brain too much.

What kind of man are you looking for? - girls to read aloud
In a brief conversation, a man asked a woman he was pursuing the question "What kind of man are you looking for?"
She sat quietly for a moment before looking him in the eye and asking, >"Do you really want to know?" Reluctantly, he said "Yes." She began to expound...
"As a woman in this day and age, I am in a position to ask a man what he can do for me that I can't do for myself. I pay my own bills. I take care of my household without the help of any man...or woman for that matter.
I am in the position to ask, "What can you bring to the table?" The man looked at her. Clearly he thought that she was referring to money. She quickly corrected his thought and stated, "I am not referring to money. I need something more.
I need a man who is striving for perfection in every aspect of life." He sat back in his chair, folded his arms, and asked her to explain. She said, "I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection mentally because I need conversation and mental stimulation.
I don't need a simple-minded man.
"I am looking for someone who is striving for perfection spiritually because I don't need to be unequally yoked...believers mixed with unbelievers is a recipe for disaster.
"I need a man who is striving for perfection financially because I don't need a financial burden.
"I am looking for someone who is sensitive enough to understand what I go through as a woman, but strong enough to keep me grounded.
"I am looking for someone who I can respect. In order to be submissive, I must respect him. I cannot be submissive to a man who isn't taking care of his business. I have no problem being submissive... he just has to be worthy.
"God made woman to be a help mate for man. I can't help a man if he can't help himself."
When she finished her spill, she looked at him. He sat there with a puzzled look on his face. He said, "You are asking a lot." She replied, "I'm worth a lot."

Super ultra hot weather with a temperature of bloody 40 degrees celsius. I don't even feel like eating anything. All I want is to drink ,drink and drink more fluids. Worked at the orthotic lab as usual. Nothing unusual happened except hearing one of the men at work yelling to his wife over the phone. D - a married man in his mid 20s was literally screaming over the phone coz he was upset as his wife sent him a nasty e-mail (sorta accusing him of something which D didn't do it).
Why can't couples just sit down and talk to each other nicely and sort out whatever problems that's on each others' minds?
Getting pissed and firing not- so -nice comments will not change the situations anyway.
It's so so sad to see couples quarrelled.
So what is the marriage vows for in the first place?? I am beginning to ponder.......
I'm pretty sure it has its significant values and meanings....hmm....

Didn't suffer from any Monday Blues. Headed down to Orthotic lab and worked for a couple of hours. Dave fed me a piece of chip with a dip of Japanese Mega hot chilli sauce (da bottle stated that it is 500 times hotter than any ordinary chilli sauce) since my hands are covered with plasters. OMG, it is really hot hot hot and dislikes the sensation of tongue burning!eeks*
I've done a good deed today by donating blood at the uni. No local anaesthetic and the nurse simply just poked me with a size (looks like) of 18G needle. For a moment, I feel like yanking out loud. Yes, it hurts and freaking painful.
After that met up with Stef and her parents for dinner with their family friend. thumbs up for kimchee...

Your dominant hues are cyan and blue. You like people and enjoy making friends. You're conservative and like to make sure things make sense before you step into them, especially in relationships. You are curious but respected for your opinions by people who you sometimes wouldn't even suspect. Your saturation level is lower than average - You don't stress out over things and don't understand people who do. Finishing projects may sometimes be a challenge, but you schedule time as you see fit and the important things all happen in the end, even if not everyone sees your grand master plan. Your outlook on life is bright. You see good things in situations where others may not be able to, and it frustrates you to see them get down on everything. |

I am thinking of buying a tulip for myself@Subiaco Market today and chuck it onto a Midori Illusion bottle (which I've offered it to my housmate A yesterday..as least, he cooked mee goreng for me on V-day). Smsed Therese (former podiatry receptionist) and met up with her for lunch at Subi Hotel. Therese is such a fun loving lady in her early 40s and even a young french 25 year- old surfer dude tried to hit on her. And after lunch, we went to Oriels for a drink. I've been a good girl....heh, ordered a healthy raspberry/cranberry nudie juice rather than something alcoholic. Both of us had a good chat and other than that, everything is cool.
So we left the place about 3 yish in arvo and thinking that it;s too early to go home. So moi drive to the city and bought a SUNDAY DOUBLE movie ticket @ piccadilly. Not a bad deal for 2 movies for 6 bucks. Well, basically i just wanna kill the time.
The boy sitting next to me starting chatting with me. Haha, he introduced himself and asked about my age. To think that he thinks I'm 22!! Woo hoo.....*lol*
plus, he's only 19 this year studying in TAFE.Anyway, he's currently working as a promotor in BIG APPLE and there is this dance party going on 28th feb. Told Stef about it too and apparently, her parent's friend's son is the doing the DJ-ing that night. So , he took my number down and will SMS me about the details.
Oh, just another quick one on last Wednesday, I went out with GA. I guess I must say I really do enjoy his company. We shared the same passion for medicine and yakked thru'out our pizza dinner. Both of us caught a movie earlier on too.
OMG, too tried to type now.....

If you have ever looked at a still life of flowers painted by the Old Dutch masters you will undoubtedly notice that they invariable feature one or two beautiful tulips in the composition. What you may not have noticed (or even wondered) is that you almost never see a painting absolutely filled with tulips. And for very good reason.
During the time the old masters were painting, the cost of a single tulip bulb exceeded the cost of an equivalent amount of gold. Painters were known to share a single blossom, or even a good painting of a single blossom, just to be able to put them into their work without going broke.
Why were tulips so costly? Because Holland, at the time (around 1634) was in the throes of Tulipmania.
Tulips originally came to Europe from the gardens of the Turkish sultans. The name, in fact is derived from the Turkish word for “turban” because that is what people thought the tulip flowers resembled.
They commanded a high price right from the start because of this, and soon became a status symbol. In Holland, wealthy Dutch burghers competed to have the most and the best of this new garden favorite. And then something seemingly wondrous happened. Tulips began to appear in not just solid colors but all manners of stripes and mottling.
The Dutch loved this and the demand rose even higher. Since these new and exciting tulips could not be duplicated from seed, and so had to be increased by simply waiting for the bulb itself to reproduce, the costs for especially beautiful colored tulips went right through the ceiling. Legend has it that families were willing to accept a single special tulip bulb as a suitable bride’s dowry. One bulb, a variety named “Semper Augustus” sold for what would be $2500 in today’s market. One single tulip bulb!
Farmers stopped growing food crops to speculate in tulips. Fortunes were made – and then lost, as saner heads realized that the actual value of a tulip bulb was nowhere near the prices they were commanding and began to regulate trade. The result was a lot like Black Tuesday in the 1929 stock market crash.
The real irony is that the color mutations that created these beautiful flowers came as a result of a tulip virus.
We have beautifully colored tulips today with stripes and interestingly colored edges, but careful breeding and selection have created these new beauties. And – lucky for us, even the most extravagantly colored tulips don’t require a trip to the bank anymore. We can grow them in our own gardens quite affordably.
All you need to create a little tulipmania of your own is a plot of rich, well drained soil that gets full sun or part shade in early spring. In the south, you will need to refrigerate your tulip bulbs first, as they require a cold period (such as a northern winter) to bloom well. Many southerners store their tulips in the refrigerator for 6-8 weeks before planting, and then toss them away when their bloom period is done. (Yes – they've become as affordable as that!) Northern gardeners can expect to get at least a few good years from most tulip bulbs, and species tulips or Triumph and Darwin hybrids will act like perennials in most gardens.
If you want to recreate the effect of tulipmania at its height, look for multicolored tulips like 'Sweety' or 'Shirley'. 'Shirley', especially, is subtle enough in coloration to blend beautifully with other tulips – even other multicolored ones. Later in the season ‘Dreamland’ comes into bloom with a red flame on its creamy white bloom. Another quite lovely tulip that acts like a perennial is ‘Greenland’ which is green and creamy yellow centered and flamed and edged with rose.
For something less subtle and more dramatic, ‘Fringed Solstice’ is, as the name implies, fringed with a deep golden yellow and flamed with vibrant red. And then there is my favorite of all the “broken tulips” – ‘Estella Rijnveld’ which is mottled and splashed and dotted red and white, with extravagantly fringed edges and a tall, stately stem. Even a half dozen bulbs of this exciting tulip will create quite a show.
In fall, typically when the ground temperature has reached 60 F. plant your tulips. Measuring from the base of the bulb, your hole should be at least 8 inches (20 cm.) deep for large bulbs; 5 inches (12.5 cm.) for small bulbs. Tuck them into their little beds for the winter, noses facing up, and using soil amended with rich compost or a good bulb booster fertilizer, water in well - and wait for spring.
Tulips make great cut flowers with an interesting trick – they keep growing taller, right in the vase, a habit which lends itself to beautiful, natural-looking arrangements.
But flower bouquets and garden beauty are only a few uses for the tulip. They are considered by some cultures to be the symbol of perfect love. The Victorians used the color of the petals to convey love messages. Red petaled tulips signified a declaration of love, but yellow ones meant that the love was, alas, quite hopeless. Lucky girls who received striped or variegated tulips know that someone felt that they had beautiful eyes.
The Turks used to brew love potions from tulips; modern cooks have found them to be edible, at least, even if not capable of magic. Try stuffing a perfect tulip blossom with chicken salad for an interesting appetizer, or sprinkling its petals (which taste a bit like cucumber) into salads for a touch of exotic color. An interesting recipe for tulip, crab and asparagus appetizers can be found at http://sunsite.auc.dk/recipes/english/o0120947.html . The bulbs could, if you were really in a pinch, be diced and used in spaghetti sauce if you happened to run out of the tulip’s more commonly eaten relative, the onion.
Just remember that when you plant tulips you’re not just planting a flower. You’re planting history, romance – and, in a pinch, part of a delicious dinner.

St Valentine's Day
I was totally pissed with G. I knew all along he was interested in me but I don't give a damn. How can he try to hit on me especially when he has a flight stewardness g.f of 5 years? Hello, I'm not such an easy lady as any guy would think. I hate guys who can't drink and make a fool of themselves eventually. These guys should might as well stay at home. He tried kissing me and that put me off totally. To the extent which I can't handle him anymore, I called a cab and sent him straight off outta my place.
What have i done to deserve men like this?
God, wish uni will start faster and more jobs start rolling in for me!
Went out with Anna today at Fremantle's Bennys. Anna never failed to brighten up my day and knowing her was a great pleasure. Leah and Kelly (Anna's high school mates) came later to join us. All of us had a fantastic chat and later we decided we might wanna catch UNDER THE TUSCANY SUN starred Diana Lane.Rating 7/10.
On my way home, I don't know.....I just teared as I drove along Leach H'way.....
Thanks to those freaking love songs on da radio......
I know I'll get over it.....
and I'll still be waiting for the man who would buy me a tulip.

Hope the heart shape chocs will brighten her day.
Went to David Jones and boy, was I am amazed to see branded clothings are such a pathetic sight. From Zimmermann,Polo Ralph Lauren, Bebe to calvin klein are all in horrible styles and cuttings.

I was supposed to go down to the orthotic lab today but I've got an acupuncture appointment down at VP Podiatry. Met CR (my future potential boss) and he has also arranged for a time for me so that we can see the patients together next week. The other podiatry boss wants me to work for him 3 hours/week.However, things will not get finalised till i get my uni timetable.
I can't imagine myself splitting up into 3 places to practice! How exciting!
Tomorrow is St Valentine's Day. Gosh* how much I detest this day. Seeing all the lovey dovey couples on the streets only makes me feel nausea and sick. No one ever gave me flowers except I asked a guy friend to give Lillies to me on my b'day last year.(as requested...see the difference).
None of the guys I know would actually give me whatever flowers.......all i'm asking is just A TULIP.
Never mind, just another day. I know I'll get over it. As I've read from the Straits Times earlier on, I should get all the single girls and get drunk and masscare all the love songs.
Maybe I should go down to the City now....so bored..

ME, MYSELF, and I - Beyonce
Is the boredom getting on top of my head? I wish uni starts sooner and hope I'll get more jobs at private clinic. Don't like the ideal of idling around too much. Such a waste of time and unproductive.
Ma may be coming to my convocation! Pa called this morning!! yippee. And worked a few hours at the orthotic lab this morning and the boys at work are just cracking me up. Headed down to the pool coz the weather is bloody 39 degrees celsius....*faint*
After that, L wanted to go carousel and buy Valentine's gift for her b.f. So I;m kind enough to give her a lift and plus, she cooked Beehoon for me. I'm kinda afraid of seeing her partner, A. That time he appeared in his red boxers in front of me which is so DUH*-
Not sure what's wrong with me today.....a leetle sian...bought 4 packs of Midori.
*shrugs*

Bloggie,
D called me from Swiss this afternoon! I am soo touched and very glad to hear from him. Poor him was stuck in a situation of almost falling head over heels with another someone. Moreover, he was already in a relationship at the moment. I kept telling him to calm himself down and knowing this person's character is not even worth to sacrifice his present relationship. I'm sure D , at least, trying his best to think rationally.
Parents will not be coming to my convocation. Pa preferred to save the travelling fees and give it to me as my allowances. Plus, he had to pay upfront for me for my 2nd degree coming up in March.
I'm afraid to fall into the trap of lust...........I constantly keep telling myself to stay focus and I know I can do it. Life can be so bored but I'm coping alright. Staying positive. My digi camera is coming!!!! yippee!
My early b'day gift from Pa. And wondering when will anyone buy tulips for me......*sob*
The ideal of V-day coming up this saturday just sux. DK is planning a big surprise for his date...how lovely.
While I'll be sitting aside to watch......................................................

Dear Blog,
I've been partying hard for the past 2 days and this keeps getting better.Headed down to Rise Club last friday and thanks to B for giving me a lift. PLus, got to know 2 more boys who arrived here in town this week. Erm, can't remember their names though :P
A couple of SQ boys seemed like to ask me the same question that night.
"So, what do you think of the boys here? Any eligible ones that you fond of?"
Seriously, I'm not hurrying to get into a relationship and I'm taking it slow and easy to know more new friends!
Right now, i'm helping KH to plan his 1st valentine's day celebration.Keeping fingers crossed that the plan will go well that day.
I've actually gave him a list of ideal valentine's gifts. How sweet he can be.
To me, V-day always sux....and it suxs big time. I don't think I would know how to love someone again with the reason for being single for donkey years. A lot of people kept saying that I;m too picky. yeah, picky for a good reason. Don't wish to think too much for now.

YOU ARE AN Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) BOY!
You are a sweet-natured person, though constantly
seeking attention and affirmation from your
peers. You are not very hard working...
Which Singapore School are YOU FROM?
brought to you by Quizilla
Uh, i just don't understand how can i do this test twice and still be in ACS!?!?
S's birthday on last Sunday and had a wonderful celebration@Little creatures (and yet someone mixed up the name as Toy Story?? -Hilarious indeed). And yes, excellent dinner and all of us proceed to Karaoke session@northbridge. I've not sing for donkey years. My singing kakis are long 'gone' and literally, I've lost track with all the latest songs. What can i say staying on the dark side of Oz.
The boys have been an excellent bunch of blokes. Non stop laughings and rubbish yakkings about everything under the sun. I was rather embrassed to see D coz' of what happened last Fri. Then again, I'll just keep my cool and remain as a cool grrrl!
Pa called last night and said that they might not make it for my convocation. The reason being his new Camry is coming out this month, plus with my hectic school fees to pay and he hopes to earn a bit more rather than spending 1500 for those few days of stay. I totally understand Pa and really appreciate what he did for me.
Being not dissappointed of Pa and Ma not coming is a lie. But i'm sure i'll get over it and who shall i give away the 2 tickets to? I was thinking about giving to a couple whose husband was my ex-patient.
Oh, Pa bought a new digi cam for me!! Finally!! I'm so excited!!
panasonic with 4 megapixels...well, better than no camera! Yippee!
I;ve not read up much for tomorrow's trial clinic.
arrghh!

Got a call from CR today and he wants me to work at this southern districts citizen's corner next Thurs! This will be the my 1st time seeing patients on my own. How exciting would that be!
Feeling lethargic from yesterday's partying with the SQ boys ( even though they are actually pilot trainees). It was good fun and the boys are really easy to get along.A couple of funny"dramas" along the way and CHURCH club had more men than women! I guess things will definitely change when the overseas students are back for the new semester. Met another new friend, P.through G. She is sure one hot happening lady with a laid back out-going personality.Heh. Didn't suffer from any bouts of hangover except with an aching neck. Woke up early in the morning to do all my laundry stuffs. Met up with L for Mackers and still feeling...lethargic..Think i'm getting old! BooBOO!!
Anyhow, I still went for a run at South Perth and weather is perfect for a jog.
Tried Loreal's new exfoliating scrub and now my skin is silky smooth which I think any men would die for. *evil grins*
I'm beginning why a man's chest is always more comfortable than my bed.. Hmph*

He was the man whom I felt most comforable with ever before. Brings back good memories indeed. It took me a great deal of pains and intensity to learn to let him go initially. As far as to my understanding, he is definitely not the one. I asked myself....Am I in love with his lust , looks, or as a whole person? What makes him such a desirable man? Or perhaps, I craved too much about being love and cuddles.
To think that I'll not see him again until he is in town recently. Is this what you call fate?
No, I'm not getting hurt this time. History will not repeat itself.
I don't like the idea of being dump and have not time for2 fast and 2furious relationship.
Right now, I'm only interested doing my 2nd degree and get more locum pod job.
I need to work work work...more extra work! so that I'm able to sponsor a child overseas and buying at least 100 pairs of shoes for poor kids in Vietnam. That's my ultimate goal :)
Part2: Don't think I do well on my interview today. The boss looks so pretendious. I may sound a little judegemental but it;s one of those feelings you get. Had to do this personality test too. Grrr* He claimed that I arrived a little late even though I was right on dot! :(

Not a productive weekend....doing nothing but stayed at home and get online. What a life! Am down with rashes on my right arm which totally puts me off. Seeing a Dr on Tue as the consultation fees will be doubled on weekends and public holiday. Just don't understand how can the health care system here functions.
I need some oral steriods to reduce the inflammation and itchness.
Last night, read a few journals by WB morrision and TV sux! Either the channels are taken up by Australian Open or Cricket. WTF!!??
Feel like going for a swim but thinking most likely it will be closed on Australia Day. No places to visit except for the fireworks tonight. Who cares really? I'll be waiting for my LAW AND ORDER 2 hour episodes tonight instead. Probably i should take a nap.

How i spent my 1st day of Chinese New Year:
Go to the templer early in the morning (as instructed by parents over the phone). Followed by lunch at Mackers and worked for a couple of hours in orthotic lab. Went back home at 4pm, showered and did some grocery. Dinner at Lynn's place again with her Aussie b.f. Had a good chat over dinner and left at 11pm.
I'll be starting to do some home visits for the elderly(from veteran affairs) next week and provide general nail care to them. May be not the exciting part of podiatry but it's better than nothing at the moment.I'm still looking forward to expand my interest management on pedal ulceration in collaboration with use of biomechanics. WB Morrison from Philadelphia was kind enough to send me his journal writings on pedal ulceraion and imaging. He is working as a radiologist from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital where we also shared an interest in Diabetes too. Radiology on foot and ankle is something which I feel I have never been able to get a grip on. The books are just SOOO expensive!
Anyhow, after my 2nd degree, I am thinking about travelling to the Eastern states and work. I realised there are more full time jobs there. Don't think I'll be able to survive well working locum here and there in Perth. With a full time job, I'll be able to sponsor a child! This is something which I've always wanted to do...
Keeping fingers crossed.

God Dammn it when is the PR reply coming??
This is the already 5th month and migration office had deducted money within the 1st week of application (Aug 03). The processing time is just killing me.
Not happy Jan.
Other than that, if the PR doesn't come on time, Dad may have to pay large amount of international school fees for my second degree and yes, it's up front.
Grrrr*
Gotta get a shower now, Dinner at Lynn's place tonight.

FRI (16/1):
In the afternoon, meet up with L and her b.f , A. A took a couple of pics for my items to be sold on E-bay. After that, I had to dash back home for a shower and rush down to Subi to meet the g.fs.
I had an excellent VT meet at Subi with Sara, Anna and Gwynnth. As Gwyn suggested we are indeed the true girls of summer.*lol*. Followed by a fanastic meal at Oriels (which is our usual hangout) plus heaps of chats and non stop yakkings, we went to Subi Hotel for pubbing session.Didn't get any booze coz we are driving. Wanted to go to Lama bar but it was a long queue to get in. Nevertheless, subi hotel seems to be flooded with lots of hot cuties which makes me wanna screaaaaaaam!*lol*
SAT: (17/1)
Was kinda tired but had to get up early to be at the pod clinic at 9.30am. I was assisting CR to do a curettage of wart and he maybe offering me a job!! Whee! So i guess i'll just have to wait for his wife to ring me and see how it goes in regards about the job. Well, better than nothing! It was certainly a good experience for me indeed. With such a hot and powerful temperature, spent my time chilling out in the malls instead.
And my bloody housemate' s friend, I JUST CAN"T STAND THE WAY HE blocks the garage and I can't park in. Bloody no commom sense. What's worst, my hand brake is failing on me! GOSH* was panicking for a second. Rang up my ex-pt and got everything fixed. Thank goodness. Had a wonderful dinner with him and his wifey too. Very nice oldies :P
Other than that, receive an e-mail on my sports trainer job! The head of umpire of WAFL wanna meet me on TUE!!! Horray!
SUN (18/1)
Had a short tiff with a fren of mine yesterday. He accussed me of not saying Hi to him despite sending me messages. Let me tell you for sure. I HATE being accussed. I left the computer on when i was going to the mall. And the internet gets disconnected automatically after 5 hours connection. What' more, he kept saying sending me multiple messages which I ONLY received one. To think that he has helped me to fix my computer, now I'm beginning to wonder is it because he wants something more from me. I had my own reason to be on invisible mode on ICQ and he don't have to know why and so does the rest of my Icq pals.I have my own choice. He's only a friend and not anyone closer than my parents or dear ones.To even think that he expressed his liking on me drives me more nuts! I think he's just wasting his time plus I'm totally 101% not even interested in him.Yes, not even a single chance and I'm confident in saying this. He's just freaking me out....and plus a total SNAG (sensitive new age guy) and if he wants the thing to be done his way or he just wanna win his own way, go ahead.I can't handle such demanding man like him and not even interested in his baggage".
Don't mess with me coz' i'm not into this.

I had my 2nd dose of acupuncture for my neck stiffness today. This time was done by CR, who is one of my lecturer at the pod school. So went down to his private clinic, no apointment was needed to book in and moreoever, he gave me a reasonable price for the consultation charges. What's more I can ask for?
I used to have a wishing star (which gets illuminated once the light is off) pasted on ceiling in my bedroom in Singapore. Now the wish of becoming a podiatrist is taking its effect. :))
Now, my short term plan on my career wise is like this:
1) Become a fully accredited podiatrist in 2 years time.
2) Post grad /Masters in 2 years later ..which I'll be 28 years old.Hmm......
Long term goal:
1) Bring the field of Podiatry into South East Asia. This may sound ridiculous but I'm not giving up till I try.

Still no news of permanent residency?? What can i say about the migration standard here. I guess i just have to wait and wait and more wait.
DUH*
No signs of job employment in Perth except in Victoria! I seriously considering moving there after 2004 as there are heaps more full time job avaliable. Saw an advert was offering 60k for a new grad! Anyway, for the sake of my upcoming degree in March, I simply have to learn to forgo the opportunity.
If only I cans secure my PR fast enough, I would love to start off work in a government hospital. No doubt the pay aren't that great but with the learning experiences that I'll be able to gain, that is not a problem with me.
I reckon I';ll be stuck working in an orthotic lab (with pay like 12bucks/hr) till i get a job.
So pathetic......Am I beginning to lose faith in myself??

Nowadays I'm spending my time working at the orthotic lab(ST).Doing all the plastering work to balancing and rasping away the rough edges on the positive casts.
In fact, the people who work there are all men...... however, everything seems to be going on smoothly. S is a nice chap and gave me a brief intro how the place is set up and taught me on getting the right concentration on mixing the red stuff( forgot the name) with plasters. It was certainly a lot of hard work coz I carry heavy buckets of mixing and ripping of the casts when it dried up. Then comes to hammering the nails onto the +ve cast to acheive the balancing and so on.
No doubt the pay wa superbly low but to me it is a great work experience and to think that I'll never touch those work stuffs again when I work next time in clinics.
Went to J's going away party last night coz' he and his wife is leaving for NZ for good next Thurs.
So sad as J has been an excellent pal of mine since pod uni . To think that most of the time we spend lots of time on projects and going to the beach with milly.
Someone whom i can look for when my car has problems.Other than that, CR ( another pod lecturer) came over and had a jamming session. That's totally cool. Met other friends from Uni and it seems that almost half of the class are heading to the Eastern States!
Oh well, more later...

Part 2 continues....
The landlord came over did some gardening and at the same time spoke to him having the aircon on overnight unnecessarily.
So right now, i believe he's not very happy with me and only if he didn't abuse using it in the 1st place.
Pa didn't mind paying for all whatever bulk bills coz he felt that it would be pretty much WASTE OF TIME AND SENSLESS talking to rich kids like him.
For all his life living in a luxury manner and how much does he know about the sick and sufferings in this world. NO a problem to continuing staying till I've planned to leave in June.
By then, no more covering his ass and no more cleaning his stupid milk bottle which often leaks from not tightening the screw.

MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL....rumbling of the week
My house recently just installed a new aircondition with a split air system. In other words, once the main switch is on, every room will get the cool air. However, the main switch was wrongly attached to the Master bedroom and it will be adjusted to the hallway soon.
So my fellow house (owner of Masterbed room) was overwhelmed with the new air conditioner and had it on overnight. Despite the cool weather temperature last night was 17 degrees celsius and I had to "endure" the cold air blasting at my face while sleeping.
Being a sensitive new age guy like him, I tried to hint to him like " you know, it's really cold in my room and i have no choice but to open the window and let cool air escapes".
The reply i got from him is :" i'll adjust the temperature then".
Fine, i think the adjustment got way too far. I had 2 blankets on and my flannette pants on. What's more, i even had to use a poster cardboard to seal off the air vent.
Woke up early in the morning 7yish (woken up by the cold obviously) and the air cond wasn't off till 9yish until i knocked on his door. And i asked him does he actually needs the air con and i showed him my room with the sealed air vent plus also emphazised that i;m not gonna pay more than 10 hrs of electric bills everyday of this.
He gave me the reply was " up to u".
what thes?? my internet is *ucked up* brb!

Top 3 questions that people would often ask me:
1) Haven't you got yourself a boyfriend in Perth?
No,not seeing anyone yet.
2) Do you mind your boyfriend to be an Australian instead of Chinese?
Erm, never come across my mind but I suppose it's alright.
3) I guess we have to matchmake you with John, Richee...*eyes rolls up*

What a beautiful lovely day.
I think a lot yesterday night while trying to fall asleep. I was thinking about my future in podiatry. Should I pursue my interest (diabetes/pedal ulceration) and start to write a CV to the hospital? In fact, I wanted to do that very much. However, as far as to my understanding, the hospitals here usually employs "senior" pods.(means they have 2 years or more experience). Vice versa, I would say I have dealt with countless of diabetes wounds, surgical wounds, removal of drainage since my days as a nursing students. From my point of view, hospital is the best place to start for learning and gaining as much experiences as I could. Maybe I should give it a go. Who cares if they fail on me...at least I've tried....

Yippee! I'm finally got registered and now I work legally as a Podiatrist.AH HEM* I stayed at home yesterday "nursing" my sore neck and shoulders (like putting hot pack up to 6 times a day) Today I feel so much better, less sore at least. When I put myself on the heat pack for the 6th time....I kept thinking why these aches and soreness keep buggering me?? And I never felt so depressed and frustrated...On the other hand, I felt better when i began to think of people who are far off worse than me, stricken with horrible diseases or illnesses.
Anyway, did my grocery this morning so that i can avoid the crowds at the supermarket tomorrow. Caught a movie called LOVE ACTUALLY. Rate: 7.5/10 One particular scene showed an actor and actress who are supposed to be sex partners in a 'porn' movie. Engaging in a sex role wasn't that easy for them.In fact, being a professional actor, he demonstrated his concern for his colleague and provide assurance in order for the acting to proceed smoothly. To cut the story short, it was a happy ending for both of them.
One thing I've learnt from here is sex is not everything. Some may think it is a need but it is what THEY THINK is a need. Love is not made up of sex. There is soo many 'ingredients' in a love. Obviously, 2 important factors would be the committents and efforts between partners . With the basic building block of trust, it is then the couple may proceeds to the intimacy level.
Suffering from mental block at the moment.....will write more tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to all and myself.
Just came back from an invitation of BBQ organised by my ex-paitent and his wife. The food was fantastic with Barbi lamb, bacon mashed potatoes, crayfish salad, grilled hotdogs and lovely cupcakes for sweets. Sheesh* hide that tummy!
This also gave me the opportunity to meet his other family members and even though i feel a little weird at times coz i don't really know anyone there.
So, i tell myself to be cool and things will be fine.
It's 2 am now....i reckon I'll sleep like a log tomorrow or pig *onik*
Guess tomorrow's program will include change of vaccum bag, making jelly, and probably go for an evening jog (rather not die in the midist of soaring heat weather).
Friday I'll be watching the Lord of the ring! Whee! tickets are booked. Gonna watch with Annathrax.
Received from a SMS from my favourite g.fs in singapore. They are having a whale of good time in Zouk club. Wish i was there...perhaps it will not be soo bored here after all.

I must admit I have been slacking a little on my blog. :P
So I have passed my final exams and right now, just waiting to get registered to the podiatry before applying for a service provider number with health insurance commission.
Current plans:
1) Awaiting for my Permanent Residency response.Wish they can process that faster.DUH*
2) Doing my 2nd degree in Nursing conversion program which will start in March 04.
This allows the diploma holders to convert into nursing degrees within 1 semester of studying. So why not?
3) Went for a job interviewed in this private practice in West Perth. The boss will be away for a holi i guess and he needs a locum to be there. Details are yet to be finalised until i get my registration done.
Other than that, spending most of my time reading pod stuffs, hanging around at the malls to avoid the drastic heat weather, going to beach, Go karting for charity last Sun, and last but not least, selling stuffs on e-bay.
And also, I've been saving every $2 gold coin i have for my digital camera.
Hope Santa is reading this blog.........

Summary of my Melbourne trip:
Finally I got to meet my so=called virtual pal, VN. Initally, I was rather worried about the awkardness as i'll be staying at her place too. Nevertheless, I had a great time in Melbourne and we chatted heaps like old pals till wee hours in the morning. Her mom is a great cook too. Then again, not sure when will be able to meet again coz she'll be working as a dentist in Mt Isa, Queensland. I can't stop thinking how cute her dog , Baci (a jack russell) is.
Day 1 and 2:
Suffered from headaches +neck stiffness which almost "killed" me.So I put myself on panadol and felt better after that.
Took trams in the city. Walk around a far bit since her apartment is in the city itself. Went to Bridge Road where all the factory outlets are and bought a Witchery top for 10 buck with original price slashed from $139. And followed by 2 more tops from Esprit outlet for $10 each.
Day 3 and 4:
Went to Chinatown and city again. Brought Baton West around the city and take pictures.BatonWest orignates from this website (www.virtualtourist.com) and it supposed to travel west and passed it on to other travellers who are members of this website. It was good fun ..heh..
Went to Queen Victoria market. Suppose to close at 5pm (i think) but the shops start to pack up for closure 2 hours in advance! NOt happy shopper! Wanted to get this pair of sandals but the man refused to give me a discount so in the end never get anything.
Day 5: Went to High Point Shopping Mall.It has everything under one roof. But we didn't get to stay for long and so, went back to City again.bought a surfer shorts for $7 bucks. Can't imagine the store in Perth is still selling the original price!
Day 6: Booked a tour to Great Ocean Road to see 12 apostles and London Bridge.Altogether the tour group consists of 12 girls and 1 male driver. He must be in luck that day. It was a great girlie outing.Met 5 Chinese American girls from Boston, 2 Queenslanders, one from Sydney, One English girl in total. Yakking so much on stuffs like the hollywood news, English serials, latest gossips about Justin Timberlake ...non stop.Gets real noisy towards the end of trip.It was sensational in general. We also exchanged E-mails too :)
Day 7: Went to Bendigo (miners town) with VN for her job interview there. Journey took about 2 hours of train from Melbourne City, The town is certainly a big one to walk around. We took about more than half an hour to reach the hospital (where the interview is).The map itself looks soo..close to the train station.Anyhow, everything was cool at the end. Also had a look at the Bendigo World war museum which is an eye-opener.In fact, i think i can spend the whole hour in the museum looking at the artefacts and reading stories of WWI.
Both of us fell asleep on the train on our way back......zzzz
Day 8: took a few pics with Baci. And get ready to head back to Perth. :D

Yippee! Finally I've reached the end of the road of studying!! WOOHOOOOOOO!!
So right after Osce exam last Wed, the fellow mates and myself got smashed at the pubs and in fact, I've been start drowning myself with alcohol from 3pm all the way till 1am.
Oh no, alcohol makes me feel fat the next day. Then again, it was an all good fun and get pissed session. Mark also had a dinner function room booked at Currie Hall Opposite University of Western Australia. All of us indeed enjoy an excellent feast of barbie food like hotdogs, bake potatoes, casear, greek salad and roast chicken. AMC and CK +his wifey were there too. AMC is actually kinda a "happening" mother. She danced as if no one is watching and went down to the pub and chill out with us.Absolutely fantastic!
We got our Tshirts made!!
The motto is:
POD SQUAD 2003
sounds cool hey...just like the detectives/Foot police.

G, one of my nursing friend, called me up in the arvo. And in the midist of our conversation, i actually revealed that I wanted to continue another semester of degree in Nursing. I hate it when he said it's just a waste of time and he felt that it doesn't make any difference! Freak himself and why did he do that in the first place? Doesn't mean I don't practice anymore I can't go for the degree. Ultimately, I would return to Singapore and plus a nursing degree is sure come in handy. Plus, if the timing is right to study, why not? Then again, who can gurantee that in near future that I don't return to nursing workforce and handling Intravenous tubes to bottles of medications.
I always feel that having a diploma is like 3/4 done towards an award degree and I should continue it.
I think he's probably jealous of me. Tee HEE! :P

Last Sunday was my cousin's wedding (on mom's side). In fact, this is such a good opportunity to catch up with fellow cousins from Malaysia as well. Then again, what a waste that I'm in Perth.I mean, I would love to talk and get to know them better. Malaysians cousins seldom comes to singapore unless they really have to...usually bounded by work and studying. The usual gathering happens only during the Chinese new Year. Apparently, mom's 2 elder brothers and their families all sat on the same table during wedding dinner and having fun yakking sessions. Sometimes, there should be more gathering like this! Like my 3rd uncle's family from Malaysia hardly seen the first Uncle's family (singapore) at all......
I do respect family values and cultures. Not saying I'm a mommy's or daddy's girl.
Dad once said:" Even if the whole world has tumbled or fallen onto my head, family is the one who will always be there supporting you.
Obviously, one of the criteria in terms of selection of my future partner (if it exists) must know how to love me and family.

Tis good is Friday! And the first paper falls on next Saturday.Wish time could hurry up a little! The learning is still a continous and yet monotonous mode. The weather warms up like a ball of heat which has just attacked your house. And of course, that makes studying more difficult and now I'm having the fan on 24/7.
Not a good time to blog now.....my brains appeared to be a little fried by the studying and weather.
Meanwhile, sagittal facilitation model continues..

I'm not sure why I always end up updating my blogs during exam period.
Right now, taking a break from reading Root theory....i suppose that is a "sure" question to be out as quoted by CR. CR....definitely a big fan of ROOT and his instincts on foot function is certainly well commendable. I always find it amusing how he told us about urguing his theory with some American podiatrists (look, there is the east and west sides too) and 'should baby be thrown out of bathwater' is still ringing at my ears.
what do i remember at the moment?
STJ 20 deg inversion 10deg eversion
Has 2 axes: transverse 42 degrees; sagittal plane 16 degrees.
Normal ROM of joints should not be painful, crepitus, restricted.
Difference between clonic(jerky)/tonic spasms
Symmetry of range of motion *** this is something which makes me wonder........
Root et al only concluded that there may be variances in the direction of axis of joints or shapes of the bones in the joint.
In CKC, when calc everts, the talar adducts and plantarflexes. The talar moves in presence with internal rotation of tibia.Proximal end of tibia moves forward with knee slightly flexed position....
Next, MTJ........

Poor Quokkas are getting club down by the rangers as stated on the news today. Maybe it is for the benefit of the public and quokka population. However, where is the sense of humanity for these animals? What have they done wrong in the first place and to think that the rangers are looking to euthanise quokkas in a more humane manner via carbon dioxide poisoning???
Neck stiffness is still on the go.Seen the physio yesterday with a student. I reckon that clinical supervisor is soon to be giving up on me. The neck treatment has been constantly ongoing for 2 months. I'm compliance, watch the time I've spend on sitting/studying, using my hot packs, doing exercises. And my cervical and thoracic spines are stiffen like a washboard. That's Not what I said. Seriously, i think my neck needs some vigorous deep massage which was done by another physio last year. Well, gonna make another appointment then...... meanwhile mugging continues...

I'm beginning to enjoy that Tv Show "queer guys for straight guy" on every Monday night. In this show has demostrated how these 5 fantastic gay dudes modified this chosen straight guy with each of their individual qualities like lifestyle, culture, food/wine, fashion and home decor... It is amazing to see the final effect on this straight guy and ultimately improving his "quality of life?" I love that guy who in charge of fashion....."shopping is my cardio".
Definitely this show is better than Ricky Lake or Jerry Springer.
Okay, AMC has e-mailed a list of 30 over conditions to be tested on OSCE.Arrrgghh!gosh* need to buck up!!! the list looked horrific too!
Back to show, can't wait for the Law and Order on Thursday.

Taking a break from studying. My cervical and shoulder stiffness are killing me! Geez, no doubt I have been doing my SELF SNAGS (forgot the actual name of the cervical exercises)faithfully as instructed by the physio plus hot packs 3 times a day.Additionally,i keep watch on the time I've spent sitting on the chair and not exceeding more than 30 mins and my posture.......is so hard to avoid in that Slouch position.
Then again, for the sake of my patients and future career as a pod I must study hard but smart.
Nike says :" Just do it".

Sunday! Lovely day for any outdoor activities. And why am i doing at home hibernating? Oh well, i just need to finish reading my Paeds notes so that will be the objective for today. 17 days more to go before the final paper arrives. Whee!
After exams, there are so much stuffs waiting for me to do.Firstly I want to learn how to do HTML-ing, have to get B to see a podiatrist in the public hospital because he doesn't have any private insurance cover, find a job, sort out my permanent residency, clear the junks in my room, going to beach for power walks and most importantly, dad may be coming for a short travel.
Thanks to Sissy ( my dear med friend)....and now i'm falling in love with this Canon A80 digi cam. Hmmm....that would be nice if I am able to illustrate my own pod dermato atlas someday...something to think about....

Halloween just passed and unlike last year, kids came knocking on my doors for lollies. And in reply, I'll ask trick or treat.
Yesterday was the last day of uni. Oooo what a feeling! So C has arranged a picnic at the uni and it was good almost all the classmates turn up.
Never know where did i get the courage to leave home and come over to Perth to study Podiatry. Prior coming to WA, there are a number of my friends was generally wonder what on earth am i doing another 3 years of studying. Besides, i've already got my nursing qualification and I could simply just go for another year of conversion (from diploma -degree) nursing degree. Learning is an ongoing process and one should never stop in regardless of any ages.
Right now, my main priority is to get over the exams first.
In fact, I would really like to start off to work in public hospitals...diabetes and foot ulcerations are always my favourite topics.

Had my mega research presentation (this took one whole year to complete) yesterday at University of Western Australia. Even though I'm not the arranged speaker from the group, I have the obligation to answer the questions from the audience. And that certainly increased the tension level. Anyway, straight after the presentation, didn't get a chance to mingle with the surgeons and the private practitioners..which is such a waste. Coz' there may be a good job opportunity employment.*lol* J has reserved a table for dinner with my group mates and their partners at Matilda bay. Except me being without the...partner. :<
So, the main highlight of the blog is this bitch supervisor at a clinic.Named her B then.Who cares if her name starts with A. As her general knowledge and skill levels is beyong the level which one can imagine. Due to such factors, i try my best to avoid having her patients or rather, i prefer the other supervisors around. She was nasty enough to write some BAD comments on my evaluation forms. And yet, she wasn't the one assessing me face to face and neither did she reinforce on what areas of improvement that i should focus on.She may sound like one of the Angels with the most beautiful smile and sexy dress sense. Angel in disguise indeed.
Well, this is not gonna take me down by saying that I'm lack of initiative, too laidback or motivation.
She will have her "payback time"....not now..someday...sooner or later.
Anyway, I've feedback to the head of department and surprisingly, there are some issues going around the clinic with other students. So she has reassured me on that.
Who knows, she might find a necrotic toe in her car.

Woohoo! 3 more days to go in the uni and at last! freed from uni life!!!!!!
Then again, the road of chao mugging is full of turmoil and traumatized notes around too. There will be 2 major papers which sum up the 3 years of studying.
This is not the best blog i;m writing now.....will continue later...
feeling a wave of stress coming towards me now.

Spending most of my morning and early afternoon digging out notes from year 1 semester one.I gotta get prepared for my final lap of my study.EEKS!To think that I;ve got one more month to go and stuff everything into my poor little brain.
Getting start to get organized pretty soon.On the other hand, I'm trying to apply for a full time job in Melbourne with good pay and car for personal use. Then again, nothing will be too easy in life.I;m sure the private practice itself will be a busy one. Moreover, it is located in the rural area where the country people drive miles or kilometers just to visit a podiatrist.Well, as long as the patients don't bully me with any ridiculous demands, which I'll be very thankful liao.
I had a wonderful Korean food today!Love de KimChee!Somehow just reminded me of my past trip to Korea.Heehee. I;ll definitely go there again.Food tastes better than the Japanese one.
Yay* the HK bitch has left.....now the house is so peaceful and quiet.Perfect for studying and do whatever i like and be my own boss.Hurhur!
She left her shoes behind though.Nevertheless, i'll wait for a couple of weeks before those shoes are dropped into the donation bin.

SOmehow, that HK bitch must have realised why i kept my face towel and toothbrush away. She eventually hang her Loofah on hanger.I've tried to use it to...scrub...toilet before that. She is such a meanie.Yeah saying on myself as well. She literally keeps slamming the door which *ucking annoy me to the max. I've tempted to put some dead lizards or spiders in her lugguge.Unfortunately, haven;t seen any around.
WHEN THE FUCK is she leaving?!
I'm done with my business plan.Yippee.....between 3-5k words.almost drive me nuts.Now,. 2 k on mon and followed by research and statistics.3 more weeks to go before the arriving of the final exams.Sheesh* i need to start revision soon.
On the other hand, i';m also trying to write up my CV for a full time job application in Melbourne.
I still don't feel the nearness of graduating...........NO NO NO!

THat HK bitch is leaving anytime soon! Yippee! Nevertheless, it's pay back time!
Caught a spider in the bathroom and that goes into her shampoo with some toilet water. Her body moisturiser is enhanced by handsoap, toilet soap and a few drops of her eye anti-winkle cream.YUM!What's more, a few scratches on her boots...plus the best combo is all the hair on the toilet floor are rolled into a huge ball and that will travel with her all to way to HK in her lugguage.I felt disgusting enough to take that whole clump of hair.
That bitch still continue to dirty the sink. Her toothbrush has been used kindly to scrub the toilet and towels to wipe the surfaces area.
how nice to get a clean toilet again!
WHEE!

Didn't feel like waking early in the morning. Was doing my business plan till wee hours.Supposed to meet Joe at his place at 9am was really a dread for me. By afternoon, i need to head back home and have lunch before setting off to a private hospital for foot surgery with orthopodiatric surgeon.
Indeed, i was truly inspired to become one too..able to do osteotomy, arthroplasty and giving LAs! WOW...it is really a long way to go....One may never know..I might be the first orthopod surgeon in Singapore!
AH HEM*
that would be a long term goal in my career.

Ok, hang in there..one more month to go in the uni.Gotta give my best shot in my final semester. My head is still spinning from the workload. Have tried not to pant soo much. Coffee powder is running low..Temperature is on the rise. Wish i had time to write my CV. Sheesh* In fact, I had a hectic Monday. Went to uni in the morning, came home, lunch, back to Uni for research meeting, back home, took car to repair spark plug, went to Action to get some Coke on great deal, back home, now..on internet...try to sort out my stuffs on business plan...while trying to find out how can i get a podiatry appointment for a former patient/friend of mine in a local government hospital....gosh* government settings ....geez! before u can attend to any of the service, one needs to have a pension card, medicare card, GP referral...high risk classified....
What the??Whatever...
Anyhow, i gotta concentrate doing my stuffs..there are soo much to catch up on my study!!!! FREAK FREAK FREAK....
*note to self* i still feel as an inadequate soon to be podiatrist. The last thing i hate to know is misdiagnosing a condition.ARRGHH!!

Dear Blog,
That psychopathic housemate starts to hum everytime when she sees me!! It's like she's trying to raise her humming voice which seems pretty scary. She uses her own rubbish bin now and put that in the toilet near the kitchen.
I told dad about it and I'll better watch my back from now onwards. EEKSSS!!!!

What other updates can it be except for that bitch in the house. She purposely blasted aaron's radio in the living room when I was trying to on the tv and have my dinner.
Why is she doing that? And what is she trying to get out of me? Basically, she just lived up to her name of being a bitch that;s all.
When i was cooking, obviously i would open the kitchen windows so that the place will not get stuffy.Once she knew it, she would come down all the way and opened up all the living room windows and get back to her room. Safety and security are my major concerns since the windows are not grilled. Talking to such a senseless woman is just a waste of time.
Internet connection suxs big time!!

Attended a whole of day of senior first aid course.Pretty tiring..back and knees are aching still. However, I must say that I do learn a lot today as compared to the first aid i learnt at changi hospital 3 years ago. I;m currently taking this course at St JOhn;s ambulance centre and the cert will be valid for 3 years then.
I wanna make a compliant about australia internet network. It's sux. Whether my ISP connected at the 50666kps or 33600kps, i still get frequent disconnections. I've changed the phoneline or wires last year. And that doesn;t seemed to help at all.
Basically, the whole system is *ucked up. Hello, what dial up are we talking about there?? That seems ages ago.
Health system is basically crapped here. I watch the current affairs and 60 min documentary shows. There is bound to have at least something about Australia's health system. For instances like not enough ambulances to cater the emergencies, staffs working mad at ER department with 7 or 8 cases arriving at the same time, nurses asking for 20& more wages....
these constant health battles will never come to an end unless SOMEONE who would come up wth a clever plan to sort these things out. True enough, said is easier than done...... my empathy is with those health workers who are biting till the end.

I gotta work faster than the deadline which I've set for myself.Sheesh. This is freaking boring and it;s driving me to the bed instead....*snores* I'm glad that Ive got Cuiling online to give me a boost at least. And my virtualtourist pal, kenmerk for his "constant" funny writings. Wish i had the talent like him. Oh, that reminds of JSheng as well. He's just unlucky to have a crap bunch of friends around.heh, fortunately he wasn't being influenced by them.
Gosh* not gonna waste any more time here...will write more and gotta wake up early for my senior first aid course tomorrow! eeks1 that goes the whole day!!

Saturday work fever. Went to Joe's place early in the morning to do our orthopaedic presentation plus summary printout. Indeed, group work is not an easy task especially when both parties need to come on to an agreement term. Well, joe has his good and bad points. Good is he's understand what he is doing..bad is doing his powerpoint slides. He was nice to make me some shark meat sandwiches.yummy*
It was a nice sunny but chilling afternoon. So, Joe decided to get a few light blubs at the hardware stores. So we actually took milly (the doggie) out for a walk as well. Hate milly when she poos...coz i gotta use one of those bright yellow poo bags to pick up her shit at the park.Ortho work is almost done and basically it's just the rehearsal of the presentation next week.
Diabetes assignment is coming to an end ......to think that diabetes is such a broad topic which 3k limit is definitely not enough. So perhaps i;ll put most of the infomation in the appendices.
After that, I gotta start my evidence based assignment..that is such a pain in the *ss.
Business management plan should be get going ASAP.no time to lose...i need more time to study for my final osce plus Ortho final paper in nov.

ok, will post this quick.
Had my physio today and this physio student was apparently a podiatrist for 16 years.I guess he just got sick looking at feet all the time so he's taking this course to understand about upper body pathology instead.*teehee* Gotta see again next week. Followed by research project meeting in arvo at Joe's place. Everything was pretty organised and thanks to Kath definitely for her being on the go.Keeping fingers crossed that everything will be done on the set dateline.
More about the Hk bitch. Has she forgotten her hormone tablets?
She commented that i shouldn;t wash the sink as it's not dirty at all.Err, well, to me it is.She further added that i shld washed the sink everytime after cleaning the dishes. what's her fucking problem?? I;m the one doing the cleaning not her.
She is the most laziest person I;ve ever met that she eats from a paper plate all the time.To save her from washing and cleaning as she claimed earlier on. Gosh* look like someone seems to have like a party all day throughout the year.
ok, need to catch a wink b4 starting my journey to assignment.Freaking me out!

6 more weeks to go at the uni and that's it!I just couldn't wait and i wish that time could hurry up.After that, I'll be definitely looking forward for my new job or career i must say. Then again, there is so much work to be done prior the final exams.Pressing on my panic mode button constantly which will. at least make me more motivated to work harder.
It has been a bit of drama lately. While I was on my way back from Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Adelaide coz a passenger needed to seek for an emergency medical attention. Before that, after my g.f dropped me off at the airport, N met with a car accident and of course, her car was literally smashed. Thank goodness K and N are safe and sound without any major injuries. Few days later, a car came crashing onto big tree in front of my house.Being armed with medical skills, I went on to check on the victim and do whatever i can at my best till the ambulance arrived.Glad my business lecturer came to help as he was a first aid trainer. So i took down the victim's contact, check out his name and asked him if he was on any current medication. I wasn't in much of panic status except for my HK hsemate. She's so annoying.....just because she worked as a fitness instructor and has first aid course done, she was even in a more excitement status than i am. Probably that's just her character. I'm not trying to bitch about her but hope that she can stay calmer in such situation.
My upper back is screwed....not getting any better.Sheesh* Just wonder how effective the physio treatment is.....DUH* despite having me doing all the stretching exercises faithfully.

What a feeling! It was great to be back in perth again after having 6 days trip in brisbane. It was good fun and i can't wait to visit melbourne and sydney next year. Then again, my main priority now is to finish my study!Hurry up !!! i just can't wait for everything to end in the shortest time as possible.
Couldn't find a buyer for my car yet.Which means i gotta wait till i found one so that dad can upgrade my car.Whee!
Dad seems to be rather distracted or indecisive about his decision whether he should be quitting the insurance or not. He has been in life and general insurance for 10 odds years. On the contrary, dad would reassure me that everything would be alright in regardless whether he quits or not. He's more concern about having me being able to graduate at the end of year.
Workload appears to be on top of my head now.Not very sure about what to do on certain assignments.Had been bugging the previous years students to help me out.I hate the feeling of being lost".arrghh* i just want to get it done and over!
Deep at the bottom of my heart, i'm thankful to my parents who had been supporting me throughout all these years.Brought me up and provide education was the best thing I can ever ask for. One can be poor but not poor on the knowledge. Knowledge means wisdom. And obviously, something which one cannot buy but learn to "earn" it.

What a spinning day. First thing in the morning, i turned up at the wrong placement. Thanks to the AM who coordinate such an effective timetable (or rather should i say, too confusing to read). Next, the address given on the book where i'm supposed to be was the wrong one! God damned it! Firstly, went to Deanmore kindy and then got directed by a lady to the primary school situated across the kindy. When I got there, I was told by the lady that I came to the wrong place.Need to drive a couple of more streets down plus 2 more turnings>*FREAK*.
So managed to find the place without much hassel. The thing is..which one is it? There is one kindy and another pre-school.
This is absolutely absurb.
ANd obviously, I was late for an hour. Then again, I had a fair share of fun taking plaster cast on the kiddos! They just brighten up my day and drove away all the cranky mornings. While the pod students are given a chance to practise casting, the molded casts are supposed to be punched a hole at the heel and attached a tag of that child's name. The kindy came up an excellent idea to get the kids to present their molded foot for the coming Father's day.

Finally, I've booked my ticket to brisbane but it has gone up extra 40 bucks for the GOING TO trip.*hit. should have book it earlier on. Went to fetch J to reality estate to pay her rent plus signing some documents.Waited so long for the receptionist to write a receipt. Gosh* how efficient is that.
Went back home and had a cuppa tea. Arranged with V to see my car but was cancelled the last minute.2 hours later, went out again for my physio appointment. Was driving halfway, my phone rang.It was H! How nice of him to call and catch up with me. He's really a nice podiatrist friend of mine. More on the good news....he's offering me to work on Tue for him in his private practice!!!! Arrghhh* screams*
However, i told him that we shall have a good chat after I come back from brisbane then.
At the physio dept, had a new physio student assessing me. The amusing part is ..this student had been a podiatrist for 15 years and now decided to "upgrade" his skills to learn about Upper body.heh.
And after that, was going with J to american funk dance class..which is cool.learning how to move ya hips and legs. The down side is..too expensive. 16.50 per session.
Anyhow, back to work!

Busy monday for me. I've been trying to keep myself fit (hate to use the sentence "shed off extra kilos") by walking to uni today. Zap a bit of stuffs on Diabetes as my case study that must come with literature based. Haven't had any luck to find anything on that Scottish Tutor's assignment.--->eeks*
Read another article but has yet to be summarize and type it on an handout for all in the class.
And about business plan.*gosh* god knows how to get started.Need to e-mail the past graduates and asked for sample copies.
Need to present a video gait analysis as an orthopaedic case study and the time has been arranged with the patient in a few weeks'time.
Reseach, need more footprints by this friday. So that we can take down the measures on the footprints and write out the hypothesis and key those data in the SPSS software. Then again, may need to meet the statistician prior to that.
*gosh* i feel that I'm lost in the wheel of uni workload.
On the brighter side, i'm going to brisbane to clear my head a bit.
Recently I have been keeping in touch with this podiatrist from South California.I find that his e-mails are always so entertaining. What can i say? I'm trying to keep up with my pals from virtualtourist too.

Ahh this is not good.Didn't do enough work except for some readings. Played basketball in the morning which was good. The fact is that we lost to the opposing time in the last game and we managed to come back with a vegenace. On the lighter note, we managed to get into the final round! This is sooo exciting!!
Slept most of the time in the afternoon, updating my virtual tourist page and I'm flying off to brisbane next week!Coming back after next saturday with the next day, I gotta wake up real early for "city to surf'" An annual marathon event for fund raising for the kids in perth. So the podiatry tent will be set up at the finishing line while the fellow pods and I would provide emergency foot care to the athletes then.
Assignments! I need to get them started...the problem is ...finding relevant articles...*BAH*

I'm so packed with everyday's stuffs. Tonnes of assignements and research are waiting for me on the table. Had my clinical placement today and the podiatrist in charge was impressed by my debridement skills. Whee! Hopefully that would be a big score on my record sheet. Sometime i just wish that i got more time to read de articles and journals.NOt sure how am i beng able to squeeze in the time. There is always marketing to do, laundry in the basket, exercising program....and the list goes on.
Someone recalled my Diabetes BOOK> damned! Bust that fellow.I only had the book for only a week.
Recently, I was corresponding with a podiatrist from South California. He's really a remarkable person who actually put most of his time on setting up anti crime anti drugs campaigns. www.drfootsie.org
The bonous is, he was my tutor's cyber friend for a couple of years! Cool......
more whine...i need to start doing my "actual" work!
can someone give me a push??

Met C and her Mom last night. Went to Casino@Bursewood and followed by coffee session @ Oriels. I really enjoyed the mother and daughter company indeed. At least, I'll not feel so "left out" in perth. Back to uni today. Everyone looked so tired in the class.I bet most of them hasn't recovered from last sat's ball. I was a bit of "zombie" when I walked into the class today. Alan, my tutor for business unit , commented that " you're not a morning person aren't you?!"..."are you doing your moonwalking?" Bah*
Pa called. He was thinking of coming with Ma during my term break. Hmm..then again, I would prefer them to come on my graduation next year (i hope!).Hence, he can save the money for something else.
I'm gonna meet the JP tomorrow and get the documents to be signed.
Keeping fingers crossed...double crossed.Ouch*

I've been really busy for the past one week.Uni workload is gradually buliding up on top of my head. Other of the days i'm having placement at the hospital and on the other hand, trying to make an appointment to meet the justice of peace(JP) for signing of my documents of Permanent residency application. Phew* And again, the JP has missed out a few more documents so i got to get back to her next Tue.
What's more, the research is conducted mid way through. Still got 15 more set of footprints to take and next, my partners and i would have to measure it and key in the data and come up with a analysis statement. bah*
C and her mom are here in Perth.heh, the thing is I've never seen C before and we had an enjoyable kopi session@Oriels on the night of their first visit to perth. What did we have..hmm..this large piece of Malteses Madness with cream at the side,an anzac cookie and a huge bowl of Shoe string fries. It was simply fantastic. It seemed like we knew each other for ages and trying to catch up as much as we could.C and her mom leaving on next mon so I wouldn't be able to see them off.
It's funny how we often complain that our holis doesn't coincide or we might never meet at all. :P
The pod ball was on last night. Had a whale of time. Danced with a couple of "ang moh" dudes. Guess they just wanna get close to me *eeks* It's a bit hard to shake my bon bon in my white silvery full length cheongsum.
Hmph*
Can't go on rattling anymore..work time!

My matchmaking business is going up.*wink* I was trying to intro CL (a lawyer g.f of mine) to JT via ICQ. It's irony to answer both sides of the questions on opposite party. Then again, I'm absolutely fine with that. On the down side is, CL is an agnoist while JT is a catholic. Perhaps, talking about accepting oneself and religion is a bit too early here. BUt. it's good to see the start of friendship..yay*
I'm still trying to get my PR thingy done...just had to keep fingers crossed that i don't screw up.I;m repeating myself again.paradnoid i guess.
Went for grocery in the morning and tried to refrain myself from buying too much.Neither am i a glutton.Sometimes u just wonder the food" may come handy in time plus, $ limtation factor.
On the contratry, received a mail from the taxation office.HOORAY** i got a sum of 4 digits rebate! I'm soOOOOOOo
happy!!!!!Just when thought i was going to be poor.....So grocery shouldn't be much of a problem next week!
In addition, I enjoy surfing Virtualtourist website and came across this webpage put up by the nick of Geisha Girl. She acutally also added a column on "Are you my boyfriend?"
This is so *ucking true. CC is causing a lot of disturbance" on my mind. I'm not attracted by him in any way. Ok, the gist of the story is...he talks too much about himself and i felt like his therapist in session. I've not had the intention to tell him yet but someday I will. According to the GG website, he belongs to the "Everything I say is Fascinating guy"

Not really a fufilling weekend I must say. Played basketball on saturday as usual and this time round, we beat the other team (Claremont) 15-10. Yeah, it is quite a tough game indeed. Received 2 e-mails which kinda surprised me. One is a podiatrist from South Carolina. He claimed that he had stumbled my name on the net and wanted to share of what he do with his profession. In fact, he had set up a non profitable organization against youth crimes and drugs. So he did was to create foot cartoon characters to educate the youths and so on.

I guess everyone has a dream to pursue in one's life. And this is his..not only being a podiatrist. And of course, I've ever hope that I'll be able to provide footcare treatment to the poverish places like vietnam. In other words, I have to work a lot harder in order to achieve my dream.Or even providing shoes to the kids of the poor...sounds not a bad idea after all.
The other e-mail came from my friend's husband. He wanted to know what is the name of the resturant that I've mentioned to my friend before. He just wanted to give his wife a nice surprise b'day dinner.orrr! heart melts*
Ms Zena is coming! Whee! This is so exciting as my first time meeting her. At least, something to look forward to next week.

This semester may seems to be the last but it's a lot hectic as compared to the whole 3 years of studying. 6 assignments waiting for me to be done in 3months time. 2 major papers at the end of semester that practically sum up the whole of 3yrs of studying. Can i do it in just 3 months time? *ponder*
I just can't give up easily.....since I';ve come so far ahead.
Dad has been calling me more often.Perhaps he just feel the emptiness of the house especially when my brother went into army since last week. So, i think dad was trying to tell me over the phone that "i should start finding a boyfriend once i graduate". WoWO. Can't believe it my dad is more worried than I am.
HURHUR!
Mom, as usual, is always on the constant worry for my bro's adaptation in army life.
Sent my car for servicing today.Nothing spectacular. Baked some honeycomb choc muffins.
